A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE FIRM

The attorneys associated with Michael J Scott, PC, have, on average, more than ten years of experience as commercial litigators; handling issues ranging from contract enforcement and defense to complex multi-party and document intensive matters. We are experienced in both litigation and arbitration. A majority of our practice focuses on the enforcement of claims, both during litigation and in post-judgment collections. In that regard, the attorneys of Michael J Scott, PC, are regularly employed by some of the largest holders and collectors of debt in the country. In the process, we have developed a proven and aggressive system for getting the money our clients deserve.

The Firm’s attorneys are each licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Texas before all Texas State trial courts. In additional each attorney is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and most are admitted to the bars of the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.
