LITIGATION

The Firm's associated attorneys are experienced commercial litigators; most having over 10 years of commercial litigation experience. We believe that new attorneys need to learn on someone else's case; not yours! Litigation can involve a whole range of subject matters, from contract enforcement to unfair business practices; and from employer/ employee disputes to personal injuries. However, we choose to focus on those matters related to business. We understand business, we are experienced in business, and we generally find that our clients appreciate our focus.

Contract Enforcement: The attorneys of the Firm have substantial experience in Contract enforcement and/or defense. Contract claims are inevitably fact specific. However, the law is well established; making it possible to fairly evaluate the prospects of recovery. We have found that the Firm's understanding of and orientation toward the needs of business is beneficial to our clients. The law allows for the recovery of attorneys fees.

Note Enforcement: A substantial portion of the Firm's practice is directed towards the enforcement of debt instruments, including: promissory notes, negotiable instruments and installment contracts. We pursue these cases aggressively and look for the first opportunity for trial. The law allows for the recovery of attorneys fees.
