BANKRUPTCY
We aggressively pursue collection of monies
owed, regardless of whether a bankruptcy petition has been filed. Although
we must work within the restrictions of bankruptcy law, the filing of a
bankruptcy does not mean your claim is lost. However, you must
certainly takes steps to protect your interests. We provide basic services
such as the filing of a proofs of claim, evaluation
of bankruptcy schedules and attendance at Section 341 Meetings of
Creditors. However, this is just the start. We aggressively
analyze the debtor's exempt property and look for any avenue to continue
the pursuit of your claim. Our efforts often include motions to lift
stay so that we might foreclose on the debtor's property, a challenge to
the debtor's entitlement to a discharge by the bankruptcy court, or a
request that we be authorized by the court to pursue claims against other
parties to whom the debtor may have transferred their property prior to
filing bankruptcy.

which secures the debt, or fails to make the necessary post-petition
payments to continue to hold the asset. |

|
REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENTS are
prepared by counsel for the creditor and must be executed if the
debtor wishes to keep property which secures a debt. |

| SPECIAL COUNSEL
